The newweb.net base site now uses drupal.

It was upgraded during the os software upgrade done today.

crash, burn, rebuild

The primary hard-drive on newweb.net crashed.
It has now been rebuilt.

Status:

The primary webserver is up.

The mail server is up.

The sshserver is up.

Horde/imp webmail has some issues. Use squirrelmail for now.

Mailing list is up.

More status updates later..

Planet nepal moved on

Yet another graduate of newweb.net!

The planet nepal wiki has it’s own hosting site now.
Along with it, the planetnepal blog aggregator has moved to it’s own hosting site at http://news.planetnepal.org
The old site will be up for a while to redirect traffic.

The Planet Nepal Blog aggregator and Planet Nepal Wiki have been added to the newweb servers.

Change is a good thing. It’s been over 4 years since the home page of newweb.net was changed.

We’ve converted over to a dynamic publishing system. The site, as always, will be a work in progress. Some links on the old site may not work. As you find things and links that should still be working, let us know and we shall try to fix it.

As for the rest, bear with us.
